How It Works
Our consultations are conducted entirely online. You start by submitting a consultation request form with details about your event. We then schedule a video or phone call to discuss your vision, timeline, budget, and goals. Following the consultation, we prepare a personalized planning report with everything you need to move forward.
We review your request within 24 business hours and reach out to schedule your free discovery call. During this 30-minute call, we learn about your event and determine how we can best help. After the call, we provide a detailed planning proposal.
Most personalized planning reports are delivered within 48 business hours of your consultation call. More complex events (large guest counts, multiple vendors) may take up to 72 hours.
No. Wells Celebration operates entirely online. All consultations, documents, and communications are handled digitally — by phone, video call, or email. We serve clients across all 50 states.
Services & Scope
We support birthday parties (all ages), baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary celebrations, holiday gatherings, and more. We also offer standalone services like budget planning, theme development, and event timeline creation.
Yes. We provide vendor research assistance — helping you identify and evaluate caterers, venues, photographers, florists, and entertainers in your area. We do not book vendors on your behalf, but we give you the information and questions you need to make confident decisions.
Absolutely. Budget planning is one of our core services. We create customized budget templates, provide realistic cost breakdowns by category, and offer money-saving strategies tailored to your event type and guest count.
Yes. While we have defined service areas, every planning report and consultation is customized to your specific event. We do not use one-size-fits-all templates — your celebration is unique, and your plan should be too.

Yes. The initial 30-minute discovery call is completely free with no obligation. It's an opportunity for us to learn about your event and for you to decide if Wells Celebration is the right fit.
A standard planning report includes: event timeline and countdown checklist, budget breakdown and cost guidance, theme and décor direction, vendor research notes, guest management tips, and a day-of schedule template — all tailored to your specific event.
Yes. We offer follow-up consultations and check-in support as your event date approaches. We can also assist with changes to your plan, additional vendor research, or updated budget calculations.
Payment details and service rates are discussed during the discovery call and outlined in your planning proposal. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Wells Celebration provides event planning consulting and guidance services only. We do not directly provide, book, manage, or coordinate venue services, catering, food and beverage, photography, videography, entertainment, floral arrangements, décor installation, transportation, or any other event vendor services.
Our role is to provide professional planning guidance, personalized reports, budgeting assistance, theme direction, and organizational resources to help you plan your own event. All vendor relationships, bookings, contracts, and payments are made directly between you and the vendor of your choice.
